The Butler County Democratic Committee (BCDC) is hosting its “1st Annual Spring Breakfast” at the South Butler Volunteer Fire Department, located at 98 Old Plank Road, Butler Twp, Pa 16001, on Saturday, May 1, 2010; the doors open at 9:00 a.m., and the program begins at 10 a.m.  The continuous Breakfast Buffet consists as follows:  Ham and eggs, potato, muffin/pastry, fruit cup, orange juice, and coffee or tea.  Ticket costs will be $12.50 per person (if paid by April 24, 2010) or $15 per person at the door.

The Butler County Democratic Committee will be publishing a commemorative booklet for the Spring Breakfast.  All ad prints will be in black and white.  To place your ad, please type or print your ad legibly on a plain sheet of white paper.  The prices of ads are as follows:

ü  $120 for a whole page (7 ¾” wide x 10 ½” tall)

ü  $60 for a half page (7 ¾” wide x 5 ¼” tall)

ü  $30 for a quarter page ( 3 ¾” wide x 5 ¼” tall)  

We will also have a Chinese Auction as well as door prizes.  Monetary donations are always welcomed, too! 

Please mail your breakfast reservations and/or booklet ad as well as payment (make check payable to the “Butler County Democratic Committee”) in the self-addressed envelope and kindly add the proper postage.  Please complete both sides of the reservation form with all the requested information.  All reservations must be received by April 24th; however, all booklet ads must be received by  April 17th. We will have a list of all paid reservations at the door for you upon receiving your reservation payment.
